wish to know procedure and requiremnts to record music CDs from my computer to play on any CD Player

Use most any CD- RW blank and just start downloading them from your computer to the blank C D Some songs you will have to pay for and some you can get free depends from where you are downloading them from.

there is probably a CD burner on your computer go in to your Itunes or what ever make a play list with songs (make sure it is not to long) don't forget the blank CD then find the burn button and press it and in about 5 minutes u have a burnt CD.

use nero and just follow the on screen instructions its really simple
start nero start smart->audio->make audio cd
thats it!!
