Young drivers are inexperienced. They are going to have accidents. But there are three blatantly obvious areas (ALL drivers take note) which, if corrected, would eliminate the vast majority of "accidents:"
1. Don't follow so damnably close!
2. Left turning traffic goes LAST.
3. (You knew this was coming) Don't drink and drive.
But what do I know?

Driving tests need to be made more difficult. Some seem to get through too easily. Drink driving needs to be monitored.

interestingly enough recent studies suggest that they shouldn't be in the same car as their friends (especially males). their friends goad them into doing stupid things.
