You most probably have a high metabolic rate. Like many, your thyroid and pancreas are working at optimal levels, efficiently digesting and utilizing what you have. Though, if you are on the lower derivative of the Body Mass Index, you should eat smaller meals but much more often. Maybe 1 plate of food every hour and a half. Also, your body should be 78-91% water by volume. Increasing the input of water should raise your weight (in the right places).

I also recommend milk. If you can, switch over to whole milk, it will do you wonders.

Also you can bulk up by working out more. Exercise will not make you lose weight unless you are overweight.

Whats your age? Do not wrry too much about your weight. Eating a lot is never a matter, but eating healthy is a matter. Have your hormonal and blood test done

I'm thin too and find that it's from eating too many carbs, they burn a lot faster. Go to your health food store and ask for an appetite booster.

See a doctor, if you are really "too thin" they will let you know. You can try GNC they have a lot of protein solutions that will help you bulk up.

live on bran cereal, cheesecake and milkshakes. eat a lot before bed.
