Do you want to work in call centres ? If not what do you want to do ?If you don't know what you want to do than yes you will keep working in call centres.My advice is to do some reseach on what you like to do and if there is a market for it if yes go for it if not find something that will earn you money and free up your time so that you can do what you like to do>

u haven't mention ur age-, ur education background ,intersts..
if ur communications skills are good with average IQ level then u can contue doing so ..becuase call centres biz is on the boom atleast for next 10 yrs ..i know many countries are coming in compettion with India and US and european countries don't seem to happy with jobs moving towards India
visit any expert... they can advice u better..
