you don't use staples at all if you have a screen track system.
Just get a screen roller and the rubber gasket and go. It takes two people and a lot of patience.

We've used track screen and staples. Much prefer the staples.
Takes 2 just to keep screen taught. Also prefer fiberglass to metal. Both have their negatives tho. Metal gets dirtier looking or rusty or something but maintains its shape even when pushed a little. Fiberglass, when pushed, is not as resilient.

lots of tricks......measure and make sure what size, width and lenght, screen u will need. i always start from the top and then one side and then the bottom. helps if someone there to help u keep it snug. make sure u install staples close enough to keep straight. i like fiberglass screen over metal.
