There are lots of variables (version of Windows, age of computer, number of other devices/cards on computer, etc.), so the answer is "it depends". Most newer computers have a phone modem and a 10/100 wired lan card running together successfully. (Wireless is more risky.) The most likely conflict is in Interrupt Reqest blocks (IRQ's). These are internal indicators that each device/card uses to get the processor's attention. If 2 active devices try to use the same IRQ at the same time, a conflict occurs.
Install your LAN card (are you sure the pc doesn't already have a wired connection?) with the ISDN modem still there. Then boot up and see if it works with both. If not, look in MyComputer/Properties/Hardware/Device Manager to see if any devices have Red or Yellow warning indicators. Then look in All programs/accessories/system tools/system information/hardware resources/conflicts-sharing. You should be able to make out the different devices by the description, and see if any questionable sharing is happening. If both are not working together, and you see any warning indicators, there are probably conflicts. (I did have one older WIN-ME pc where I had to remove the modem to get the LAN card to work.) Good Luck!

Since Murphy's law dictates that anything which can go wrong will in all probability go wrong then I would suggest that you save yourself some hassle and install a 10/100 LAN card in addition to your ISDN card and go with two separate network connections... I am pretty sure that you can do that without any major conflicts

I unquestionably have it on a Asus twin center 2.4 GHZ with 3 GB memory and a NVIDIA 6150 rapid cached (on-board) with 256 MB committed device i offered at appropriate purchase 2 years in the past It performs properly with a lil little bit of lag while starting to be a sim In all honesty although you will get a good device and improve the Video card and potential furnish (each and every so often needed) with approximately 750.00 or much less even Tiger direct had a device on sale which will play it ok as is and appropriate purchase has one on sale which will purely want a portraits card which could be have been given for 60.00 It would not require very a lot to play like YS2 did

yes it can be.
U have to install another LAN card in your PC. One for the "LAN connection" & one for the "ISDN".

There is always the possibility of an incompatability but generally speaking they should not conflict. USB devices are notorious for not working together, but neither of these uses a USB port.
