17 to 20 : maybe ask her to go to the beach with some friends, ya know, make it a group thing so you can be together but with friends to take the pressure off.
20 to 30 : leave her some flowers somewhere with no card, just anonymously, get her thinking. See how she reacts. buy more flowers and let her "catch" you leaving them. then, ask her to dinner.
