Auricular acupuncture (acupuncture on the outer ear) helps.

It doesn't so much destroy cravings as it does help you deal with the stress of quitting.
It's especially good for those who smoke to calm down or relax.

The needles in the ear, help you to relax, and put you more in tune with your body so you can learn how to reach a relaxed state when the needles are not in your ears.

After a session, you can have seeds (calming) or tacks (energizing) placed on the back of your ear.
When you feel anxiety or the urge to smoke, you press the seed on the back of your ear, which is a form of acupressure, to automatically create a sensation of feeling more relaxed.

This can help you get through a craving between acupuncture sessions.

The best thing that will help you quit, however, is willpower.
You must want to quit MORE than you enjoy smoking.
