I've never even heard of Serbia. Maybe you need to run an ad campaign or something to enhance your image. Is there anything good in Serbia?

For the same reason that people still hated Germany after WW2.
You invaded a democartic country and started trying to slaughtering the non-Serbian population there until the UN sent in troops to protect them.
That's why your former leader was on trial in the Hague.
