Each file must be accessed by a different person.

Any thoughts on the most efficient way to do this, short of burning 24 CDs.

Also, any way of transfering should be fairly secure, although the files are not very sensitive, so this is not a major issue.

just enter the person's e-mail address for each file you upload or you could just pass the different links to different person(s).

what format are the files in. if you can rip them to a different format you can decrease the file size. you may also make them available in a shared folder if the computers are networked. or try using and ipod or other digital musical device

FTP Software...setup your computer as a server...they can download the songs directly off of your computer then...

is this on a lan or vpn ? if yes , then you can use ntfs permisions on your files to be accessable only by one user.
