This is entirely relative to the person and the environment in which they live in. Generally, feeling rich needs the following:
1. Enough for all your realistic desires and needs.
2. A healthy surplus of money.
3. Having more money than your friends and those around you.
4. Humility
Without the last one you can never feel rich, you'll always think to be rich you need more money.

Once my debts were paid off, it wouldn't take much.
I like the comment about being rich with God in one's life. Technically, I shouldn't be financially solvent at all. I've been running on a $400.00 monthly deficit since December. It's only be the grace of God that I'm still making ends meet! I've literally seen miracles in the past 6 months! Now, God has made it so everything will work. I'll actually be able to have a budget again in a few weeks!
Thanks be to God who gives more than we can ask or think, who owns the whole world and supplies our every need!

I would feel rich if I had enough $ to pay all my bills, go on vacation once a year and go shopping when ever I wanted without feeling guilty. Probably around 8 to 10 thousand a month. Is that too much to ask for out of my husband? LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!

No amount of money will ever make you rich, the more u have the more u want, why do think people who are alrdy flithy rich just working on and on and on when they can sit and enjoy for generations together

Money has never motivated me, and it is not very important for me.
To feel "rich" one might need a few millions, and "wealthy" would already be achieved with maybe half a million.
What I would really want is to feel secure and comfortable, which means enough money to live, have all things I need, and nothing to worry about.

I would feel rich if I had enough money to live comfortably (in a modest range), be debt free, and have enough money set aside for vacations and emergencies. I would also feel rich if I could affort to help any of my friends financially should they need help.

you dont have to have money to feel rich,it reminds of of Dolly Partons song My Coat of Many Clours my Mummy made for me,life can be in its self very rewarding,this is a richness

money is not permanent so richness is also not permanent. hence having money sufficient to spend the day happily will make u feel rich
