Would love to know, but it i think they we are cool, and at the same time think us as a third world country, but are now realizing that India actually is great, developing and how, do luv India and don know why do these super intelligent Indians prefer working outside their country and make their country proud, work in it and make it proud guys

I'm from the northern U.S. When I think of India, I think of a country rich in culture, bright colors, hot climate, areas of extreme poverty (what country doesn't have THAT?), Buddhism, dark skinned people, colorful saris, and family values. Hope this answers your question from my area of the world!

P.S. The media seems to portray more poverty than anything else, but the media is most always about making something larger than life.

An Indian living outside India will surely have good feelings and patriotism towards India. But who knows about foreigners and what they think. Only they themselves can tell.
