Everyone is hot in their own way, although some girls are too skinny so it makes them look gross and sick. And there are some big girls who are really big and they also look gross because there is flab all over.

It's all about attitude and how they carry themselves. There a big girls who are hot. Could be how they dress, their sexuality, how they act, or even their confidence gives them that extra edge.
Then there are thinner girls that just don't care about how they are viewed, maybe they don't dress up, smoking can be a turn off for some, drinking excessively, to the point of being incoherent can look bad, too much bad language, but that's any type of girl.
It can also depend on your preference, so if curvier women are your thing, so be it! I think curvier women ARE hotter, but I'm not into them.

Why do people care so much whether girls are hot or not? Does it really matter? Why are girls or women still some kind of sexual objects?

it depends on person to person
i think an obese person will favour fat girls and viceversa more important than all these is character ,it is thecrown and glory of ones life
