All the subject i got good mark but i paper lost no way education is a business all are for money and make sense

With all due respect - my heart went out to you when I read your subject line - but I can also see what the problem is. You may study hard and know what you are learning, but your presentation is lacking - as I can't even figure out your question...
I am assuming that english is not your first language - if I were you I would take English, English, English and if needs be a tutor to work on your grammar and writing skills. If you can get your syntax right so ppl can understand what you are trying to say, you will be just fine.
Another suggestion is to read a lot in english language and speak english only - as much as you can - practise makes perfect. good luck to you and don't give up!!!

It greatly depends on the subject in which you failed and the University that conducted the exam.
My suggestion is that you discuss the previous years' question papers with someone who has secured well in that subject.
