hard to say

By a mile it would be F1 car.
You can compare the lap times of a motogp bike and an F1 car on the same circuit, and the differences are huge. Sometimes even 20-30 sec per lap!!!

Of course compared to a F1 car, a motogp bike has zero aerodynamic downforce, especially around chicanes, so for e.g. while a bike virtually stops at a corner, the car could take that at 100 kph.

Even acceleratin of an F1 car is better than a bike. Some time back Honda raced their F1 car and motogp bike in a drag race, and the car won.

The F1 car even has a better power-to-weight ratio.

So, it is a no contest.

(Though I would say it is always more exciting to race a bike).

a bike has greater accelleration, but a F1 car has a higher top speed. So depending on the length of the straight line, either could win. The major difference i can see is whether the race is a standstill start or a rolling start, the number and angle of bends or corners in the circuit, and the number of laps in the race. so in my opinion, a F1 car would have an advantage with a rolling start, long race, minimal cornering and very minimal sharp cornering, and a wide track. the opposite of all of the above would give a bike the advantage.

Usually bikes are faster than car but with F1 car, it is a different story. I don't know whats there in this rat that make it absolutely incredible. Usually the unofficial races are with F1 cars and MotoGp 500 bikes but I have never seen a race like that with a F1 car Vs SBK.

If we're talking top speed, F1. We've seen Honda and their stuff on the Salt Flats. Acceleration, probably MotoGP because of the power to weight ratio.

It depends on the length of the line, short-bike, long-F1 car.

on a straight line, depending on the length it could either be a F1 car or bike.

Its a close one. 19000 (F1) rpm vs 16500 rpm (bike).... An F1 car tuned up for aerodynamics along the straight line beats a F16 fighter plane!!!!!
