If you're in the uk pretty much any photo print shop such as snappy snaps, jessops (the camera shop not the department store) and boots. You put the jpeg on to a cd and take it in to the shop. Or you can join their service on the internet and e-mail it to them. That way you pay online and they post the item back.
If you search the internet for "photo printing" you'll get loads of results.

most one-hour photo places can do that. the turn around is usually 7-14 days. there are also many other gift items avaialable as well. it will cost you about $15-20 dollars

You can try Kodak, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, All of these places may have on line access and postal delivery as well. Yahoo photos is another one.
