Miserable conditions, dont like misery as company!

Lawn mower could stall out, if it gets wet with the rain, (grounded out).

The grass will not "cut properly" unless you have "just" shapened your blade to a razor sharpness, it wont cut worth a hoot!

Water will act like a lubricant and have the blade slide off, and if it does catch, it may just pull the grass out, or shear it in a manner which will not be sufficient for your taste.

Dangers in slippery slopes! If your feet happen to slide under the mower, your toes will be cut off!! (Yea, well, most people I know take that blasted plastic that comes with most mowers off, as it is really a pain, if you try and back over the grass).

I wish you well..

Jesse

Well, for one if it was raining, I wouldn't want the possibility of catching a cold or pnuemonia. Then having to spend money on antibiotics and medication. It would be simpler though to wait until it stopped raining.

You can't cut it right After the rain as stopped either. Wet grass "clumps up" - and binds the mower blades.

if a lawn is too wet the wheels of a mower, even a self propelled one, can really tear things up and leave muddy tire tracks.

It can clog up the mower. Wet grass sticks to the under of your mower, and doesn't come off as easily.

The wet grass gets clogged in the mower and it's a bastard to clean it out.
