Is it true that eating chocolates doesn't affect the skin concerning acne?

It is not directly affect.
However, it does heat the body!!
So, if you doesn't take too much heaty food together with chocolates, it should be ok..
Remember to drink more water after chocolate

of course it's not true
i've eaten too many chocolates since i was still a child but it never affected my skin until now
