Your primary motivation is your family. If family is causing you the depression (misunderstanding or potential for divorce etc) then you have to change your primary motivation to live and only way to get out of depression.

If family is very good and cooperating then your motivation is a very good medicine. I need more information as to why you got into depression for suggesting something.

Basically live is more important then any thing else.

Seek counseling and help! Go to a doctor and see about getting on medication for your depression! This is the only way to heal and to try to save your marriage and family life! I wish you the best!

Do the best thing for you and your family, go see a doctor. A therepist can let you know if it's something psychological, and if not, let you know of doctors that can try to help. Some times something as simple as your thiroid can cause depression. You'd be surprised.
