I'm guessing it deals with light refraction, but I may be wrong. I do know you give me a charge.

I have seen it.At Malaysia there are many red lightning.I hink maybe caused by the electrical charge at the cloud(number of positive and negative charge)

Yes - caused by white light (lightening) being refracted through the atmosphere

RED LIGHTNING? it seems to be strange ....... there is no red lighning I hope , sorry I have'nt seen that yet

yes we call them hot spots it the air because of the heat and electrons that come together I think its really Kool but here its very rare to see
