Either veg out and watch commercials because sometimes they are more entertaining than the program or rush to see what I can get to snack on, or go take a quick pee.

ad break means ciggie break. But do you notice that the commercials are louder than what you are watching? thats becasue they know that people go to the toilet, get food drinks etc and they want you to hear it from another room

usually commercials last for about 4-5 mins so i have time for a cigarette

Not really......most times, I'll surf thru the other channels to see what's on, get a snack, take a bathroom break, etc.
