It goes against man's instinct to commit suicide. Only those who aren't right, others seek advice, counseling, percoset/Xanax, etc. A friend here on Yahoo gave me the following:

"Worry is like a rocking chair—it gives you something to do but it doesn't get you anywhere." —Dorothy Galyean

Does she like me? I don't have enough money. I'm sad, or depressed, or lonely, or any of a thousand other trips you can put down on yourself.

It's wasted effort and time. Do something to make yourself a bit better. Read a good book. Spend some time with small children, or with older people who would love to see you. Go for a long walk. Exercise. Write, even if it's just for your eyes only. Call someone you've not talked with in a long time. Volunteer to help others. Go outside and admire the day. There are far more positive things to do than negative ones.
