Pain in the testicles could be SO many different things. They could hurt from sexual frustration, epiditimitis, testicular torsin. Without knowing any of your symptoms, it's hard to narrow what it actually could be

chances are that its growing, and u will feel some pain but if it continues for a while i might wanna ask a doctor
