Flirts don't have sex with the person they flirt with. Most flirts are harmless, and really just being friendly. Flirting is a good way to make people smile and get things done. Cheating is cheating is cheating, and that isn't good.

Cheating is the other person doing stuff with a person not in a relationship. Flirting is looking and teasing but not touching.

When your gf sisters sitting on the couch motioning that she wants to go down on and your gf is there and doesn't approve, this is flirting. When you take your gf sis up on her offer after she leaves knowing she doesn't approve, this is cheating....... If you dint your probably gay, or like me, you just know from right from wrong. Its that simple.
