It is basically dependent on two things.first thing is the playing strip.If it is a dry track then Kumble and Harbhajan should bowl in tandem.
Secondly if the team management decides to play 5 bowlers then Bhajji should be there in the playing eleven.
In my opinion five bowlers should play in upcoming matches with harbhajan playing along Kumble to make a deadly duo as most West Indian batsmen are vulnerable to quality spin bowling.

Bhajji should not be a part of the Test team in West Indies. He cannot be compared to Anil Kumble. And I think one regular spinner is enough in the pitches there. Shewag is doing an equally good job and Yuvaraj also can turn his arm if cirumstances demand it. To be frank Bhajji's offspin has lost its penetrance even in subcontinental pitches!
