There is no evidence that there is (in the way you mean). But don't forget the atoms that make your body will be 'recycled' into other things - plants, animals etc. All the elements on this planet have come from the remenants of an exploding star! Your atoms have existing since forming after the big bang and will go onto untill the end of the universe! In this way - you will exist for ever!

After death you'll be born again. Then you live then die. Then you are born again. Then you live and die......this is a never-ending circle. This is why I'll never understand suicide. I mean what's the point? you'll only come back and start all over again. So just enjoy the ride and live forever!!!
