No it can't. Most of the time a miscarriage occurs because there is something wrong with baby. The first 12 weeks is when it is most likely to occur (I miscarried at 11 weeks during my first pregnancy). When I was pregnant with my son, my husband and I had sex almost daily from conception to his birth and he is a very healthy baby.

one of my sisters had sex in few weeks mostly 1 mon th after conceiving and they ,well that lead to water break up,she had to lay down for the next months of her pregnancy.she had a disasterous time,bed pan and all.well this was an unfortunate case.but it is generally said to restrain from intimacy for 3 months after conception.
