In midwifery circles culture can make a big difference as some cultures still treat Women as 2nd class citizens.
In nursing circles it could be The death situations and how we treat our elderly.
People do degrees on this subject so it is limitless

What kind of nursing are you referring to? The feeding of a baby or the care of sick people?

Not sure what kind of "nursing" you mean and what "multicutural" has to do with it anyway. I think you need to re-write your question in a way people can understand it.

UK has socialized medicine. It is a ZOO. Most of their competent specialists have US addresses now. Canada is going through the same mess...
