First of all, Teaching is not the right category for this question. Health is.
Secondly, most American men are circumsized, so will not know what the heck you're talking about.
Thirdly, your foreskin should have been fully retractable (able to pull it all the way back) by the age of 5. If it is still that tight, you need to see a doctor NOW (you are at risk for infections and other problems). Masturbation won't do it...or it already would have opened up already.

there is no seal, if you're having trouble urinating or ejaculating see a doctor!!
