Sometimes it is an advantage and sometimes it is a disadvantage.

In the earlier periods, it would be tougher for the parents but as the children grow up, there will be more hands to help out. If there is good leadership in the home, things can be very good.

It's depended on your character. To me, I would say disadvantage. I am not really active or social person. I also don't like to explain all the time. If you like party and a lot of people around you all the time, yes, it's advantage to have a large family.

definetly advantage, i come from a big family i love it.
doesnt get boring in the house u will always have someone to talk to
