How could you just walk away from someone that is injured and unconscious? OMG that's an awful thing to do. If you are/were worried about the legal ramifications or not able to provide proper first aid, you should at least call 911 or the relevant number in your country and stay with the person until medical help arrived. What would you feel like if the person had a serious injury or even worse died. That's a big burden to carry. Though in some countries you can be held responsible for the medical aid you give. I couldn't just walk away though, that's a cold reaction.

Call 911. I couldn't stand looking at myself if I knew somebody died because I neglected to do something. If a person doesn't have an up to date C.P.R or first aid training all they really should do legally is call 911. If one has the training and still is unsure what to do. Atleast call 911. I would hope someone would help me. If I was chokeing and someone came to help me and broke my ribs in the process I wouldn't sue. I would be happy to be alive. There are people out there that would sue. (hopefully not too many)

in case you leave the mild on interior the laundry room and that is heated, then she would desire to be ok. attempt leaving on a radio low in there or the television to maintain her corporation. make certain you're taking her out stunning previously you leave and as quickly as you come again. 8 hours is quite too long to assume any dogs, no longer to show a pup, to no longer would desire to bypass to the showering room. Do you have any acquaintances or buddies that are domicile till now than you? perchance you may get them to come again over and take the dogs for a walk and play together with her for slightly. you have a enormously small dogs, so even a 12 or 13 twelve months previous would desire to do it in the event that they get domicile previously you.

it is human nature to want to help them but to help them is a diferent story because we live in such a society that if you where to even touch a unconscious person the will sue you up the wazo and out the other side. But me I have gone and found a way out of that whole sueing busness, I got first aid certified. but to answer your question I woud try and help them to the best of my ability.

You should help him. But be careful when doing it. Sometimes moving a person can make it worse. Go to the person and evaluate the situation. If nothing else just being a kind stranger is better then nothing.

You should take that person to any nearby Doctor or Hospital and see that he gets first aid.
If the same thing happend to you, then what your aunty might have done to you? If he is your brother, will you leave him on the spot to die? It is very inhuman on the part your Aunty, then be careful with her? She may do the same thing to you, because she is very selfish, self centered and unreliable.

think about this: if you are in his position... do you want someone to help you?

Imagine if the other person doesn't help you just because he's worried about having to go to court for witness...

We never know who's going to be in whose position in the future...

PS. If you don;t want to touch him at least you can call 911 / get medical help asap instead of walking away.

Most states have Good Samaritan laws that would protect you, but don't do anything that you haven't been trained to do... Call 911 is always the first step.

Yeah... well.. you are supposed to help. But I know what you mean about the court case problem. My mom wouldn't let me help either but I guess this is where you are supposed to rely on yourself to make that final decision... and make it quick.
