You could be the one who are saying I am too fat..but actually the opposite..but if you aren't happy with you figure...just eat normally and exercise more than you do now...also you can try three day detox program which is totally free if you know the right information...
There are three different catergories.
1. If you have a oily feature with frequent cold hands and feet and only putting on weight the top side not on your thighs and legs...
You should avoid
-spices (pepper, salt, chilie etc)
-meat especially pork
-Rice
-Junk food

-Apples
-Chicken/fish
-Red wine
-Salad (any vegetables but only with vinegar)
2. If you have dry face and you put on weight on bottom parts of your body
Avoid:
-Chicken
-Any alcohol

-Seafood
Should eat:
-Eggs
-Beans
-Beef (Not spiced)
3. If you have both of the types it is recommended that to eat whatever feels right for you...also 2 grapefruits a day for every types is good for your body to be cleansed....
Also control the amount of food you eat...even though it can be fruits..but still it can go towards your fat...
And never eat after 6....

do the following three and get smart
1: be a hardworking person and never be lazy , both physically and mentally
2: get up early in the morning and do physical exercise of 60 minutes daily , but your exercise shall start with full instructions obtained from an experienced person , your exercise shall start from zero to max. and not direct start from max. and get knowledge of essential exercises
3: eat what ever you like but avoid excessive eating and keep a gap, eating means small breakfast, lunch and dinner
can you do this , if yes , you will get smart, healthy, and will mentall fresh and physically sound

Exercise, have a good diet, go to the nutritionist, go to the doctor for possible ways, and there's so many things to go through. Watch the "Biggest Loser" in TV (I don't mean to offend you but it's a reality show of how fat people became thinner in several days through heavy exercise and something like that).

my parents and i are on a diet called the sugar busters diet. ive just started a few days ago so i havent seen alot of progress but my rents have been on it since january and they've lost around 40 and 50 lb.
if u want to try this diet a surgar busters book might be at ur library. thats where we found it

just have a proper diet . not too much and not too less also. and must be on proper time . you may eat 3 x a day breakfast 6-9 am lunch 11am - 1 pm and dinner 6-7.30 pm and must have exercise.
