In which foreign countries? The MBA is only as good as the school that actually offers the degree and is mainly a graduate degree in business for people who did not study business as an undergrad. I know that many schools in the States have good MBA programs, so does Canada, and Australia. Out of those countries, there are less and less schools that have good programs. You would really need to cherry pick them. There are also Master degrees in business. They are mainly offered in Australia, but also at some schools in the States. They are targeted towards people who have an undergrad degree in business and also have specializations available, just like the MBA. They are very similar in their essence with the only difference that you do not need to have had an undergrad degree in business for the MBA and the MBA will therefore only teach the most basic business classes since most people don't have any business background.
