I know what ya mean, Indiana is passing the law, no talking on cell while driving, and Illinois have already passed it, at least lake and cook county. Some stores have put the law down here, no cell phones tallking while in the store, unless emergency, these folks are just as bad with the shopping carts and loud. I nearly punched someone out because he was yelling in his phone next to me in line. Cell phones can save lives just while not driving. There was a stranded woman on a rual road south of here and 2 very bad looking dudes pulled up behind her and started walking up to the old ladie's car so she pretended to be talking on her phone and they saw it and took off as fast as they could. I have been stranded a few times on the highway trying to get to work and was very happy I had one then, I had to call the state cops because i feared for my life, well, at least I was over to the side, not driving.

I hate cell phones. They give you cancer, cause car accidents galore and are that much easier for the CIA/NSA to tap into so they can spy on you!!!!
