Sin
Pronunciation: 'sin
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English sinne, from Old English synn; akin to Old High German sunta sin and probably to Latin sont-, sons guilty, est is -- more at IS
1 a : an offense against religious or moral law b : an action that is or is felt to be highly reprehensible c : an often serious shortcoming : FAULT
2 a : transgression of the law of God b : a vitiated state of human nature in which the self is estranged from God
So that means we all sin. Humans are not perfect and fall many times. Plus Satan is powerful and can mislead even the strongest believer. But God has blessed us with the chance to be forgiven by seeking repentance with Him.

Everyone has sinned and fallen short of the grace of God.
Another words, all human beings have sinned.
Sinned means to fall short of the expectation of God.
Of course, it is impossible for any human not to sin, Adam proved this when he disobeyed God's instructions willfully.
That is why all humans have to pay for their sins, because Adam
disobeyed God willfully, and then knew the difference between
right and wrong, his eyes were opened to this truth after he bit into the apple against God's advice.
God knows we will sin because we are human, that is why Jesus
came to earth, so he could see what it was like to be human and know our temptations, when he died an innocent death, he redeemed all mankinds sin against God.
God accepted the sacrifice Jesus made (his life) for all humankind so we could be redeemed to God by accepting him as our incendiary.

sinning is doing wrong in the eyes of God. Everyone sins except the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

A sin is being against what the Lord,God requires you to do.
Being involved in acts sinful in the eyes of God.
Everyone sins but some then pray so that their sins can be forgiven, thus they are approved by God not to be sinners.
Amen

To sin is to not obey God, it says in the Bible that all has fallen short in the Glory of God because of sin, we all sin, we all have sinned, we inherited that from adam and eve and the only way to forgiveness is accepting Jesus Christ as our Savior and repenting of our old sinful ways.

In my understanding, one who goes against God's word sins. To lie, cheat, steal, commit adultery....is a sin.
I believe as long as there is a God and a Devil, everyone on Earth commits sins.
Who doesn't commit sins?
I believe that everyone who is in Heaven do not sin. For my belief, they were forgiven of their sins when they died, and they no longer live here among us.

It's when you cause something very morally wrong to most people you know and society. It all relates to who you are as a religious person.
Everyone Sins, nobody is perfect. What counts is trying to live as a good person rathering than worrying about what harm you cause.

Sin is going against your conscience.Conscience being that inner voice that guides humans. It bases its reasoning on values and other beliefs that are instilled during childhood, learning from experience(ours and those of others). It acts as a guide to our thoughts perception etc.I don't know of any human who has at any one time sinned.Something to do with humans going against what they know is right is in the human nature..

to sin means "to fall short of the mark". the bible says that "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of GOD." everyone has been born into this world sinful. we cannot be sinless, only JESUS is sinless. salvation from sin comes by accepting JESUS as our LORD and savior and acknowledging that we need him to cleanse us from our sin.

Sin is an archery term used in biblical times. It means "missing the mark or bulleye". When we disobey God, we miss the bulleye and we sin against Him.
