Oh God! Havent you heared of QT. QT is a free C++ ddevelopment tool. It has a good IDE.Its wonderfll yaaar.

Yea well there are soo many free c++ editors there..
try Dev c++ thats really good, its for the windows platform.
GCC would be for the linux platform
