I tell everyone this whos considering implants. Lots of things can happen, a variety of health issues, things can easily go wrong. It depends on the person...but it does break down your immune system to dangerous toxins/illnesses. I wouldn't do it. You sound as if you have no worries in the breast dept. Natural breasts are just so much better...most men agree! Also, breast implants usually expire after about a decade...then they are no longer safe in your body. Do you want to be an old woman shuffling implants in & out of your body until you die? It's a sad realization...my friend did this, she is soooooooo incredibly sorry she did it. It doesn't feel natural..and she doesn't look better than she did before, which was natural & beautiful.

Good luck, T

girl, don't do it!
if you are a 34D then that's already bigger than a lot of girls. you may have back problems in years to come so don't make them any worse. And if you do you might not be able to breast feed kids. Be happy with how you look now. With 34D's I'm sure the boys already love you. You should love you too

Unless you are *absolutely* certain you are done having kids, please don't get implants. Any breast or chest surgery has the potential to damage the milk ducts and nerves in the breasts that could prevent you from being able to nurse your children in the future. There is *no way* to know whether this will be the case for you, although doctors frequently try to convince you that they won't cut anything important.

For more details, please see the Web site in the sources section below. It is intended for women who have had breast *reduction*, but many of the considerations are the same regardless of the type of surgery.

No idea - and you better forget the silly idea. There are operational risks, and in 15 years the latest you and your back will be glad to have smaller breasts than a D anyway.

Well of course you will feel them for a little while, but you get used to it and soon you wont even know you have 'em... except for the fact you won't be able to see your feet anymore lol.
