yes totally can. however...it is illegal so i suggest u go to a foreign country and sell it there.i heard alot of people will want to buy kidney so they will pay a huge amount of money.just make sure u are not cheated!!

maybe some way.....like if some one needs one and tell them you'll sell it and just hope they pay :() make them pay you first before you give yur kidney because after you give...its gone and there is a possibility they wont pay you
