Take your pick from the 10. Length, Width, Height, Area, Volume, Mass, Weight. Velocity, Time, & Infinity. Tension is found in a rubber band along the length. The tension will differ according to the width and thickness (hieght) and the area of displacement. Tension in volume exist with the pressure of the liquid upon the confinement as in a glass of water. Remove the glass and the tension is relieved and the water flows in mass. The wieght of the mass differs as in the fluid be it water or boiling metal. The tension can be measued in TIME as it grows or decays. Infinity is not so much a dimension as there are only 9 numbers, the zero was invented as a place holder or a repeater, likewise; infinity is a repeater.

Tension is the other name of a force. The dimension of force is the dimension of tension. It is mass times the acceleration.
The dimension of mass is 1 and dimension of length is 2 and dimension of time is -2

Tension I think it's a force so the dimansions are N or Kg.m/s^2
For instance if it's tension in a rope is a force
