per month u can lose say 4 kgs. if u follow the programme we followed with wonder ful results. it is the calories u in take and the cal u spend it can be managed scientifically .my wife lost 11 kgs in 2 months want to know how if ur really serious about losing wt and become slim & healthy email ur details -like how much u weigh.wat is ur height ur age .how much u want to lose.to-the id wealthiswellness@yahoo.co.in

WTF, if your thinking about doing drugs just to lose weight your crazy! you cant lose weight overnight it takes time and effort! try something else (other than drugs)
