She will not get divorced, but I accepted that. Later it was, "You didn't put my family first". Kinda hard to do when she is not your wife.

Seperation does not mean they are "Free" or divorced. That was a big mistake on your part. Alot of people have this mindsetting unfortunately. The whole purpose of being seperated is to try to work on the marriage. Being seperated today people just use it as an excuse to do as they please more or less, but never does it mean they are not married. As you've found out your bad choice has led to alot of heartache and more I'm sure. My advice? Make better descisions and do some serious soul searching!

I consider it still cheating until the divorce is final but in many peoples eyes it is not considered cheating if you are seperated and not living together with your spouse.

No, if you are separated - you are meaning to leaving each other - and have allready left each other. If she wont divorce you, you must divorce her. Dont put up with this revenge-action.
