i want to make my picture a cursor, can anyone teach me how? (i need it to be online)?

Go to this website:

Download the trial version. It will allow you to convert your gif into a .cur file....which is the extension you need to make something into a cursor so that you can set it up on your computer.

After you create it, go to CONTROL panel and then go to MOUSE. Then go to the pointer tab and you can select the first pointer mouse and then browse for your newly created cursor.
