1.eat the maximum number of bananas u can.
2.eat lots of spinach or brocoli
3.hold ur breath and drink a cup of oil(300-500ml)
4.mix honey in hot water and drink it

Have Fibrous biscuists and food. But medicine is the best cure. Dring lots of water. Avoid hot'n'spicy food.

Drink some prune juice or flax seed oil for more immediate relief. Other than that always drink lots of water, eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and exercise.

you need to consume more fiber and fruits and veggies. drink lots of water and if by any chance u are taking mulivitamins with calcium or taking calcium supplements that can make you constipated try to change your diet a little with the above and u should see results.

To clear it: drink plenty of water, chew lots of sugar-free gum, eat some prunes, and eat some bananas.
To prevent it: make sure you have enough fibre in your diet as well as drinking about 2L of water every day.

Try drinking hot tea, herbal teas are good. Like Chamomile and they have herbal teas especially for constipation. I also heard that ginger is good for digestion. Hope you feel better!

first of all lots of fluid is important for u..then comes to fiber which u can have in veg and fruits.
have prune juice or soak in water in the night n have in the next morning..
n do yoga
