This condition is to a bad diet of processed foods, fried foods, foods with hydrogenated fats, Monosodium glutenate (MSG - hydrolysed vegetable proteins), the hormones in the meat. Finally, ask him to take up some sort of sport that he enjoys and do it 3 to 5 times a week. Then move on to weight training, build his chest (after 3-6 months). This will tone his chest. Support & encourage him. !
Also encourage him to drink more water (not tap - filtered or bottled), get plenty of sunshine. Email me for further help.
After year it will gone and he look very smart. - Show him this. All the best

Your son may have developed gynocomastea. Breast in males. It's usually caused by extreme hormone changes like taking steroids or estrogen. There are medicines that help but ultimately, a mascetomy may be needed.

Removal by cosmetic surgery is the only solution.Cosmetic Surgery(including mastectomy) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your sons surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got his mastectomy done there and she is more than very happy with the results. He is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. .hope this helps

This condition could well be temporary and he is too young for serious weight-lifting, which might have helped.
If he is very overweight this would cause it and a sensible diet and exercise will do the trick.
Really, you should ask a doctor.

It happens in some boys. It's called gynaecomastia (enlargement of the breasts) Happens as a result of overactivity of hormones (estrogen/ progesterone). You may consult a doctor if it persists.

Correct the dietary habits of your son in case he is into fast and spicy food. Cut down his intake of milk products totally and put him on fruits, fruit juice and salad plus mild meal. He should avoid rice products also. No coco-cola and Pepsi please. Let me know after a month if you find any changes. This is purely due to change of hormones.
Best of health,

My mother took me to the doctor for that and other reasons she refused to tell me. He will have to go to Army camp and see the men like that. Maybe a lady of the night might help today.

there may be a hormone imbalance. His condition is called gynecomastia and you should see a dr. Unless he's fat and that's the reason although it doesn't sound like it. The dr will prescribe testosterone and it should fix the problem.
