Not good. Why should I get an education and be a doctor if I could get right out there at Mcdonalds and make the same money. Seriously, I would get the education so I can have personal growth. I think many would just jump right into the work force and perhaps not feel so good about their job. It would start fights. The ones with education may feel they should get paid more for the time and effort down the educational path.

Garbage men, MDs, janitors, laborers SHOULDNT get paid less for their work. Any ad man, teacher, lawyer, executive should get paid LESS to do their amusing, fun jobs. Yes in comparison, FUN.

Pointing at Lenin, Stalin, or Mao and their insane governments is to mistake the IS for the OUGHT. Those totalitarian governments have little to do with what OUGHT to be the case. If we had to figure out what utopia looks like given only historical facts, there would be no philosophising. This world would be the best and logically necessary. You have to think outside that.

Gotta love communists.
It's a nice ideal, but it won't work. Some jobs are harder, require more training. Some people work harder and should get raises. Do you think a person who works in garment assembly should get paid the same as a brain surgeon?

It is called Communism. In its ideal form, it would be great. In fact it would fall in line with Christianity. Problem is, it only takes one person to be selfish to make it fail. True communism has never been accomplished in the history of man, only variations of socialism.
