I like Rosie but I don't think just adding her to the show will make it any more likely they'll win a Emmy. After all, she has to share the spotlight, so to speak, with 3 or 4 other ladies.

No, she is more of a one woman show. That show doesn't have a chance of winning an emmy until they learn to have a conversation you can hear above the screaming at or over each other.
