He'll rule in ECW. But he is in no way the most under-rated wrestler. And here is why. He has no mic skills and no acting ability. All his tallent is in the ring. Besides that he really is not that special. More importantly is that he has not improved his mic skills since he joined the WWE. Wrestlers like Batista who came into the WWE with poor mic skills have developed them over time. RVD seems to be as good as he was when he first came into the business.

On the contrary. Rob Van Dam is OVERRATED! He is nowhere close to the athlete he was in the original ECW. And besides that he is glass, he injures easy. If you want somebody who hardly got a world title shot in his years in the old WWF, try the late Curt "Mr. Perfect" Hennig.
