Get a yahoo 360 page and download your picture to there, then it will be an option when you edit your profile in Yahoo Answers. You can go to Yahoo Avatars to design an avatar that will also appear.

Because you haven't searched Yahoo Answers to find the hundreds of other answers instructing you on how to do it.

make a yahoo360 profile, and add a picture to it. then you can modify your answers profile to use the yahoo360 image.
