This could be a long conversation but I will try and keep it short. Woman will always say its not you to avoid hurting your feelings, but if you are honestly a "nice" guy and this all a real surprise to you than she could be interested in someone else and needs the time to figure out what she wants. The best thing for you to do is be patent and not pushy. That will only drive her away further. You need to remind her of all the reasons you got married. Bring her flowers but don't barge in, just let her know you were thinking of her. Woman respond to that, we love it when you prove you've listened, offering to watch her favorite movie or order in her favorite dinner should show you are still on top of your game and still listening. Give lots of complements and space.

How are you doing?
Where did she go?
Has she opened up to any of the people you all hang out with...or not?
Have you told your friends, family, both or no one?
Has she told her parents?

I feel for you bro, I have been there...was it a complete shock? It usually is.

Hold your head high buddy...sleep whenever you can, eat whenever you can, be around friends and family as much as possible, talk as much as possible too...

I wish you the best of luck. It happens to so many of us. You are not alone. No one told us that our wives would ask for a "time out" in marriage...matter of fact, there isn't one...love yourself, love your kids and don't kick yourself...it will do no good...

Sometimes it takes us to be alone for us to really figure out what we really want.Give her time and she'll come around. Its just a phase that women go through.
