I've already read Love Hina, INVU, Tramps Like Us, Fruits Basket, Marmalade boy, Kara Kona, Confidential Confessions, Paradise Kiss, etc.
I've heard of some I might look into..What do you guys think of Boys Be, Ultra Cute, The Rules of Love, Shutterbox, Honey Mustard, Girls Bravo, LIFE, etc.

Try Tsubasa:Reservoir Chronicles. Spin off from Card Captor Sakura... but really, really interesting story line and great art.
Also, Fushigi Yugi - incredible story, wonderful art. Lots of romance, lots of fighting, lots of laughs.
You could also check out Escaflowne... but I think the anime show is more of what you're looking for than the manga

Hana-Kimi and DNAngel are great, Hana-Kimi being the more realistic between the two. It's about a girl secretly going to an all guy's school to see her idol. As fate would have it, she ends up rooming with him and soon falls in love with him. What she doesn't know is that he found out she is a girl and is falling in love with her too. Add in some beach, hot springs, festivals, ect. fun into the plotline and you've got yourself a great read! I think there's 11 volumes out...
DNAngel is more into the fantasy side. A boy, Daisuke, recieves his family curse on his birthday, turning him into the famous phantom thief Dark, a real hottie. This transformation is triggered by feelings of love and can only be broken by having Daisuke's first love return his feelings. Unfountunately, the girl he likes, Risa, falls in love with Dark but Dark likes Risa's twin sister, Riku. It's a real love triangle....uh rectangle and it's real enjoyable. There's more than just what I put. Ten volumes are currently out...the 11th coming this September.
Absolute Boyfriend is also good and it's new so only the first volume is out. It's like the female version of Chobits where the girl gets the "manufacured" perfect guy. She recieves him online and has to buy it when her free three day trial expires. He ends up being worth 1 million. The poor girl tries finding ways to pay him off all while telling herself the goreous guy next to her isn't real.

Girls Bravo is great. You can read it. If you like Love Hina try to read Mahou Sensei Negima (Magister Negi Magi). Try Girls Bravo and Girl Bravo DX

I have read Girls Bravo and the story is ok, although there are alot of nudity, fan-services and Fukami's perverse plans. It is sort of a romantic manga with a crazy comedy plot.

Hana Kimi! It's so cute! I love the romance in it!!!! If you liked fruits Basket then you'll probably like this!!!!! But i hated that FB was K x T!!! I like Yukiru! I also liked DN Angel! It has romance! I love romance too! Hana Kimi rocks! I think i like it better cuz i like the pairings! Though the characters in FB rock!

I recomend Kodomo no Omocha its an old manga but you probobly heard about it. Full Moon Wo Sagashite is good too . Zettai Kareshi has good plot and Imadoki =)

I would go for Chobits and DNangel. These two books both have romance and are really interesting.
